Dynamic Saunas are constructed of Canadian Reforested Hemlock that hypoallergenic to enhance your sauna experience. This sauna also features are newest Full Spectrum heating technology, MP3 Aux - Bluetooth capability, and Chromotherapy Lighting.
Dynamic Full Spectrum Saunas uses infrared wave to penetrate into your body tissue and dissolve harmful substances accumulated in your body. Infrared rays vitalize your cells and metabolism. With Full Spectrum, you will receive health benefits at various levels of Infrared – NEAR, MID and FAR. FAR Infrared penetrates the deepest into the tissue to break down toxins while NEAR generates the most heat to your body. FAR Infrared has the longest wavelength and penetrates the deepest in to the body tissue reaching the adipose tissue (fatty tissue) and activating the sweat glands. Typically, shipping to the:
- West Coast takes approx. 3-5 business days
- Mid-West takes approx. 10-12 business days
- East Coast takes approx. 14-16 business days
Your sauna will ship out of our warehouse within the next two business days after pruchase and confirmation from Your Home Upgraded and head to the freight carrier.
The freight carrier will then contact you 24 to 48 hours prior to delivery to set a delivery day and time Monday-Friday with a 4-hour open window. They won’t deliver without speaking to you first.
**Shipping times are only approximate, and can change depending on environmental conditions, transit issues, and carrier’s availability. Last minute appointments can occur, and it’s out of our hands since the delivery process is managed by the carrier’s.

**Please note if the carrier is R+L Carrier, they will deliver without an appointment. They will notify you the morning of delivery via email and text.**
The sauna will be delivered in 1 box or more, depending on the model. All boxes will be strapped to a pallet.
All saunas are delivered in a 53-foot semi-truck with a single driver, who will unload the pallet to your curbside or driveway only. Any delivery questions or issues (remote areas, long driveways, large and low hanging trees, apartment complex, stairs, etc.) should be addressed with us prior to shipping your sauna.
Once the driver has unloaded the sauna, we ask that you immediately inspect the boxes for any damage.
Please indicate any minor scratches, indentations, or scuff marks to the outside of the boxes on the delivery receipt. You do not need to open the boxes to inspect the sauna.
Please refuse the delivery if you should see any softball-sized holes in the packaging (likely damage caused by forklifts).
