Shipping
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase(s). We automatically reach out to our warehouses to see if your item(s) is in stock, if so we will process the charges to your credit card and submit the order to the warehouse. On average, it takes about 2 to 14 business days for our warehouses to process an item(s) and have it ready for shipment. In the instances of a custom order or custom large order it could take up to 21 business days to process the item(s) for shipping.
If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization on your credit card and reach out to you via e-mail. In this case, the customer is given several options by one of our sales representatives that can apply to their order. Your Home Upgraded will either match up the customer with a different item that will fulfill the same duties as the original item they chose, or their item can be shipped as soon as it's back in stock.
Order Shipment:
We offer free shipping on all our orders shipping within the USA (except Alaska and Hawaii).
We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. Our shipping department inspects and tests every product prior to shipment to guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. Under all circumstances, we provide tracking numbers and signature confirmation for ALL ORDERS. This is to ensure that the customer can track their package and also ensures us that the package was delivered.
Once your order ships, our shipping department will notify you via email within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. The email will contain your order details and the tracking number.
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 7 to 14 business days. Please note that most freight carriers do not operate on weekends.
We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Most companies can provide an estimated delivery date. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment.
Your Home Upgraded ships orders from our warehouses through many different sources such as FedEx, UPS, US Postal Service, and LTL Carriers for large shipments.
